Appointments

Please try to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure that you receive your full service. We recommend that you book your next appointment before leaving our salon so that we may accommodate your schedule.


Loss Prevention Policy

We regret that we cannot be responsible for a lost or damaged personal article. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.


Return Policy

Services: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your experience, please notify the salon manager within 7 days of the service date so that we can determine a viable solution together.


Merchandise:

Any unused, unopened merchandise returned with a receipt within 7 days will be refunded by original payment method. Merchandise returned without a receipt during this time period will be refunded via store credit.


Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide a minimum of 24-hours notice. Please note if you have to reschedule a specialty treatment, we require 72-hours notice or your credit card will be charged.


Pricing & Gratuities

Prices listed are starting prices. Rates for stylists are based on years of experience and mastery. Variations in pricing may also be determined by length and thickness of hair. Color pricing does not include styling, unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change. All gratuities must be rendered in cash.
